Fourteen years ago, I came to Japan as a foreigner. At that time, the language barrier, cultural differences, and job hunting—all of it was a steep and difficult path.

However, having overcome each difficulty and now being a member of Japanese society, there is one thing I strongly believe in: "With correct understanding and continuous support, people can grow and contribute to society even when crossing borders."

With this belief, I established One Step Co., Ltd. Our business provides a consistent support system, starting from introducing study abroad programs at Japanese language schools before coming to Japan, to job placement, visa support, post-employment retention support, and even acceptance support for the employer's side.

Our mission is not just "recruitment," but creating a cycle that connects people's lives with the future of companies.

The anxieties companies face regarding systems, culture, and communication. The loneliness and uncertainty felt by young people chasing their dreams in Japan. We remove the "invisible walls" that lie between them and realize sustainable matching based on trust and understanding.

Furthermore, while we are an introduction agency, we also operate our own restaurant business and are directly involved in employing and training foreign talent. That's why, as someone who knows the reality on the ground, I am confident that we can provide support that looks ahead to post-employment retention, career development, and long-term success.

14年前、私自身も一人の外国人として日本にやってきました。当時は言葉の壁、文化の違い、そして就職活動—そのすべてが険しく高い壁でした。

しかし、一つひとつの困難を乗り越え、今こうして日本社会の一員となった私には、強く信じていることがあります。それは、「正しい理解と継続的なサポートがあれば、国境を越えても人は成長し、社会に貢献できる」ということです。

その信念のもと、私はOne Step株式会社を設立いたしました。当社の事業は、来日前の日本語学校での留学紹介から始まり、求人紹介、ビザサポート、就労後の定着支援、さらには受け入れ企業側のサポートに至るまで、一貫した支援体制を提供しています。

私たちの使命は、単なる「人材紹介」ではなく、人の人生と企業の未来をつなぐサイクルを創り出すことです。
